About Good To Grow
An experienced team of facilitators run Rite of Passage camps and Mother Daughter Day workshops to support mental health, personal growth and the flourishing of young people and their families.
By spending time in nature, away from the distractions, pressures and busyness of modern life we aim to strengthen relationships between mothers and daughters, and cultivate self knowledge and resilience.
Building a community of multi-age support we provide guides and mentors for young people on their journey from childhood to adulthood.

Mother Daughter Day – Self-Care and Wellbeing
Date: Sunday 25th of May, 9:30am to 3pm.
Where: The Mother and Daughter Day is taking place in the beautiful Upper Brookfield Hall, Brisbane. The hall is surrounded by the stunning Brookfield bush.
What is it: Spend a nourishing day with your daughter focusing on Self-Care and Wellbeing as a practice to establish throughout her life and reflect on your own self-care as a mother.
Share stories and explore daily, weekly and monthly rituals to help your daughter work with her emerging woman’s cycle.
We will be making natural home-made skin care products and strengthening the mother daughter relationship through pampering each other on the day.
It’s a time to relax and be in nature while away from the busyness and distractions of every day modern life.
This is an opportunity to connect with and build support with other Mums and teen Daughters through sharing stories and experiences.
The teenage years can be a roller coaster for the teenager and those in relationships with them. This program is designed to provide support for these years which can be difficult and also very rewarding.
A fun filled day, making new friends and exploring this time of life together with insight and care.
A day not to be missed.
All Inclusive Price: Cost for a mother daughter pair is $150 including catering and materials.
$125 for concession.
$10 bring a friend discount.

Mother Daughter Day – Freedom and Responsibility
Date: 27th of July 2025.
One of the key challenges of adolescence is balancing the quest for freedom with taking responsibility. This can be one of the greatest conflicts between mothers and daughters in the teenage years.
Come spend time exploring the changing parenting this requires as well as the challenges for young people to grow up and willingly take charge through creative processes and story telling.
It’s a time to relax and be in nature while away from the busyness and distractions of every day modern life.
This is an opportunity to connect with and build support with other Mums and teen Daughters through sharing stories and experiences.
